November 19 Tournament/Topics
The second HSPDP league invitational tournament for 2011-2012 will be held at The Webb Schools, Saturday, November 19.
The pre-announced topics for the tournament include the following:
1. US Supreme Court proceedings should be televised.
2. The US should not give development assistance to non-democratic governments.
The tournament will include additional debates featuring impromptu topics on current events and important public policy controversies. Impromptu motions are announced 20 minutes prior to debates.
